Vakf-İbtidâ ve manaya etkisi bağlamında indirâc usûlünün tahlili (Mısır tarîki özelinde)

Kur’ân’ı Kerîm ile hemhâl olan kişinin en fazla dikkat etmesi gereken hususlardan birisi de vakf ve ibtidâ (manaya en uygun yerde durup, yine en uygun yerden başlayarak tilâvete devam etmek) ilmine riâyet ederek Kur’ân’ı tilavet etmektir. Bu, en fazla ihmal edilen ve en çok hata yapılan konulardan biridir. Hâlbuki vakf ve ibtidâ ilmi, kıraat ilminde başlı başına bir konu olmuş ve kıraat imamları bu mesele üzerinde titizlikle durmuşlardır. Vakf ve ibtidâyı gözeterek âyetlerin manalarını doğru anlamak, Kur’ân’ın edasının keyfiyetinde çok büyük önem taşımaktadır. Diğer bir ifadeyle, âyetlerin manalarının eksik ifade edilmesi ve meydana gelecek bir hatayı önlemesi yönünden bu ilim son derece önemlidir. İşte bu çalışma, Kur’ân âyetlerini doğru anlama, anlam kargaşasını giderme, dolayısıyla âyetlerde ifade edilmek istenen manayı tespit etme noktasında vakf ve ibtidâ ilminin ne gibi bir rolünün olduğunu ve bu rolün Aşere tedrisatında takip edilen İndirâc usulünün bu ilim ile ne gibi değişikler meydana getirebileceğine yöneliktir.

One of the most important things that a person who is familiar with the Quran should pay attention to is to recite the Quran by complying with the knowledge of foundation and ibtida (stopping at the most appropriate place for the meaning and continuing the recitation by starting from the most appropriate place). In other words, this science is extremely important in terms of preventing the meanings of the verses from being expressed incompletely and any errors that may occur. This study examines the role of the science of foundation and ibtidā in understanding the verses of the Qur'an correctly, eliminating the confusion of meaning, and therefore determining the meaning intended to be expressed in the verses, and how this role is related to the Indirāc method followed in the Asherah ducation. that it may bring about changes.
