Turizm planlamasında bir antik kentten yerel beklentiler; Tyana alan araştırması

Tyana antik kenti geçmişten bugüne birçok uygarlığa, dine ve insanlığa ev sahipliği yapmıştır. Fakat günümüze kadar yapılan çalışmalarda Tyana'nın sahip olduğu kültürel miras değeri yeterince ortaya çıkarılmamıştır. Turizmde önemli bir konuma sahip olan Tyana antik kenti yerel halk tarafından da beklenilen değer ve potansiyeli gösterememektedir. Bu çalışmada Tyana antik kentin çevresinde yaşayan yerel halkın görüşleri ve bakış açısı ile turizme kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma yöntemi olarak röportaj yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yerel halk ile yüz yüze görüşme sağlanmış ve röportajların analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçları bulgular kısmında verilmiştir. Sonuçlara bakıldığında yerel halkın Tyana antik kentini yeterince tanıtılmadığı ve turizme kazandırılmadığından mağdur olduğu kanısına varılmıştır.

The ancient city of Tyana has hosted many civilizations, religions and humanity from past to present. However, in the studies carried out until today, the cultural heritage value of Tyana has not been sufficiently revealed. The ancient city of Tyana, which has an important position in tourism, cannot show the value and potential expected by the local people. In this study, it is aimed to gain tourism with the views and perspective of the local people living around the ancient city of Tyana. Interview method was used as the research method. Face-to-face interviews with local people were provided and interviews were analyzed. Analysis results are given in the findings section. Considering the results, it was concluded that the local people suffered from the fact that the ancient city of Tyana was not promoted enough and it was not brought into tourism.
