Zekât miktarı ile ilgili rivayetlerin tahrîc ve değerlendirmesi

Bu tez, zekât miktarı ile ilgili rivayetlerin tahrîc ve değerlendirmelerini içermektedir. Böylece ayetlerle sabit olan zekât ibadetinin nasıl uygulanması gerektiği ile ilgili hükme kaynaklık eden hadislerin sıhhat tespitini ve güncel değerlendirmeler yapmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmamız giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde çalışmanın konusu, amacı, yönteminden bahsedilmiştir. Birinci bölümde zekât ile ilgili genel bilgiler ve Kitabu'z-Zekât eserlerine, eserlerin özelliklerine yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde zekât miktarı ile ilgili rivayetlerin tahrîci ve değerlendirmesi, araştırma yöntemlerinde ifade edildiği gibi yapılmıştır. Rivayetler hakkında sahih, hasen, münker gibi hükümlere ve değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonunda rivayetlerle ilgili ulaşılan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir.

This thesis includes tahric and the evaluations of the narrations about the amount of zakat. Thus, it aims to determine the accuracy of the hadiths, which are based on theverse of quran of how to practice the worship. Our study consists of introduction and two parts. In the introduction, the subject, purpose and method of the study are mentioned. In the first chapter, general information about the zakat and the pieces of Kitabuz-Zakat and the features of the pieces are given. In the second part, tahrıc and the evaluation of the narrations about the amount of zakat was carried out as stated in the research methods. Provisions such as sahih-certain, hasen-almost certain and münker regarding rumors are included.
