Osman Bektaş el-Mevṣilî ve şiiri

Bu çalışmada Osmanlı devletinin son dönemlerinde Musul'da yaşamış önemli şairlerden birisi olan Osman Bektaş el-Mevṣilî ve onun şiiri ele alınmıştır. Osman Bektaş'ın şiirinin incelenmesinde kendisinin derlemiş olduğu divan göz önünde bulundurulmuştur. Çalışma, giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmakta, giriş bölümünde konu, amaç, yöntem ve kaynaklar ele alındıktan sonra şairin yaşadığı Musul şehri ana hatlarıyla tanıtılmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Osman Bektaş el-Mevṣilî hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Çalışma ikinci bölümde muhteva yönünden incelenmekte, şairin divanında başta medih olmak üzere ele aldığı konular incelenmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Osman Bektaş'ın divanı şekil yönünden incelenmekte, şairin başta kaside olmak üzere divanında kullandığı nazım türleri ile şiirindeki anlatım yöntemleri, beyan üslubu ve bedii ilmine dair sanatlar aktarılmaktadır. Osman Bektaş, ömrünün büyük bir kısmını, yaşadığı şehir olan Musul'un yerel yöneticilerinin içerisinden çıktığı Celîloğullarının himayesinde geçirmiş önemli bir şairdir. Genellikle, adı geçen ailenin fertlerinin medhine tahsis ettiği şiirlerinde güzel ve akıcı bir üslup kullanmıştır. Osman Bektaş ağırlıklı olarak, klasik Arap şiirinin vazgeçilmez tarzı olan kasidenin yanında, urcûze ve muvaşşah gibi tarzlarda da şiir kaleme almıştır. Osman Bektaş'ın şiiri incelendiğinde onun hem konu hem de şekil açısından Abbasî dönemi şairlerinden etkilendiği anlaşılmaktadır.

One of the most important poets who lived in Mosul in the last period of Ottoman Empire, Osman Bektash el-Mevṣilî and his poetry was discussed in this study. In the analysis of Osman Bektash's poetry the divan composed by him was taken into consideration. The study consists of introduction and three sections and in the introduction section Mosul in which the poet lived was generally introduced after the subject, method and sources were discussed. In the first section a general information is given about Osman Bektaş el-Mevṣilî. In the second section the study is analyzed in terms of content and the issue that the poet depicted in his divan especially praise are discussed. In the third section the divan of Osman Bektaş is analyzed in terms of form and the verse types that the poet used in his divan especially odes and the narrative methods, aesthetic style and arts of expression in his poetry are narrated. Osman Bektaş is an important poet who spent most of his life under the auspices of Celîlogullari who were the local rulers of Mosul, where he lived. Usually, he used a beautiful and fluent style in his poems devoted to the praise of the members of that family. Osman Bektaş also wrote poems in the styles such as urcûze and muvaşşah besides odes which were the inevitable style of classical Arabic poetry. When the poetry of Osman Bektaş is analyzed, it can be understood that he was influenced from the poets of Abbâsîd period in terms of both subjects and forms.
