AN ANALYSIS OF A GENERAL ACCEPTANCE IN THE FRAMEWORK OF VERSE AND HADITHS: THE ISSUE OF UNFORGIVEN SINS

The subject of this study is an analysis of the the right of shirk and servant will never be forgiven and that other sins can be forgiven which is well-known opinion among the people and frequently mentioned in common religious education places. It is seen that the differences in forgiveness of sins are pointed out in the Quran and hadiths. It is stated in the verses that Allah will forgive all sins as a general decree. In some verses, it is stated that the shirk cannot be forgiven and the killer will stay in Hell forever, and it is noteworthy that some of the sins are privatized in this way. In the hadiths, although major sins are mentioned, there are expressions of the Prophet (pbuh) who make us feel that the right of a servant is one of the sins that are not forgiven. It is seen that there are some points that need to be explained in the concept of sin within the framework of shirk mentioned in verses and hadiths. A problem of understanding has been observed regarding the mention of the right of a servant among the sins that cannot be forgiven, together with shirk. The issue of forgiveness of the murderer, on the other hand, is directly related to the issue as one of the first arguments in Islamic history that caused the first creed debates. In the article, the meaning of shirk and servant right and the punishment of killing a person is tried to be determined and analyzed.
