Kurumsal yönetim ve Kobi’lerin Performansı (Fas Örneği)

Kurumsal yönetim, günümüzde tüm dünyada oldukça önem kazanmıştır. Kurumsal yönetim sadece büyük işletmeler için değil KOBİ'ler için de aynı derecede önem taşımaktadır. KOBİ’ler her ülkenin ekonomisinde büyük bir öneme sahip olup ekonomi politikaları içerisinde asli bir unsur olarak kendilerini göstermektedirler. Fas ekonomik faaliyetinin tüm sektörlerinde bulunmakla beraber Fas’ta işletmelerin büyük bir çoğunluğu KOBİ’lerden oluşmaktadır. KOBİ’lerin mevcut yapısı kurumsal yönetim açısından engel olup kurumsal yönetim ilkelerinin KOBİ’ler tarafından uygulanmasının zor olacağı düşüncesi araştırmanın temel problemini oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada Kazablanka ilinde bulunan KOBİ’lerin kurumsal yönetim ilkelerini ne derece bildikleri ve uyguladıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bu problem doğrultusunda toplanan veriler SPSS programında analiz edilmiş.

Corporate governance has gained a lot of importance all over the world today. Corporate governance is of the same importance not only for large enterprises but also for SMEs. SMEs have a great importance in the economy of every country and show themselves as an essential element in economic policies. Although it is present in all sectors of Moroccan economic activity, the majority of businesses in Morocco are SMEs. Although it is present in all sectors of Moroccan economic activity, the current structure of SMEs is an obstacle in terms of corporate governance and the idea that it will be difficult to implement corporate governance principles by SMEs constitutes the main problem of the research.
