Hüküm İfade Etmesi Açısından Mekkî Ayetler (Mâtürîdî ve Cessâs Tefsirleri Özelinde)

Bu çalışmada, yaşadıkları dönemin Hanefi mezhebinde otorite olan Mâtürîdî’nin “Te’vîlâtü’lKur’ân”, Cessâs’ın “Ahkâmu’l Kur’ân” tefsirlerinden belirlenen Mekkî ayetlerdeki hükümler ve konu ile ilgili yorumları incelenmektedir. Tez; giriş, iki ana bölüm ve sonuç olmak üzere dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın konusu, amacı, önemi, kapsamı/sınırları, yöntemi, kaynakları ve konunun sunulması ile ilgili bilgiler verilmektedir. Birinci bölümde Mâtürîdî ve Cessâs’ın hayatları, eserleri ve tefsir yöntemleri hakkında kısaca bilgi verildikten sonra konunun kavramsal çerçevesi denilebilecek “hüküm/ahkâm”, “ayet”, “ahkâm ayetleri” tanımlanmakta; ahkâm ayetlerinin sayısı, tesbiti, üslubu, tasnifi ve Kur’an-ı Kerim’den hüküm çıkarma ile ilgili hususlarda açıklamada bulunulmaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise Mekkî sûre/ayet hakkındaki açıklamaların ardından, Mâtürîdî ve Cessâs’ın tefsirlerinden belirlenen Mekkî ayetlerdeki ibadetler, ahlak, muâmelât ve ukûbât ile ilgili ahkâm ayetlerine yaptıkları yorumlar, ayetlerden çıkardıkları hükümler incelenmektedir. Ayrıca ilgili başlıklar altına girmeyen bazı hüküm ayetleri “diğer bazı hükümler” başlığı altında ele alınmaktadır. Sonuç kısmında ise araştırmada ele alınan müfessirlerin ve meselelerin genel bir değerlendirmesi ile elde edilen sonuçlar yer almaktadır.

In this study, the commandment in the Makki verses determined from the tafsirs of "Ta'wilat al-Qur'an" by Maturidi and "Ahkam al-Qur'an" by Al-Jassas, who were the authority in the Hanafi madhab of their time, and their interpretations on the subject are examined. The thesis consists of four parts: introduction, two main bodies and conclusion. In the introduction part, information. In the introduction, information about the subject and the purpose, the importance, scope/limitations, method, sources and presentation of the research are given.In the first chapter, after giving a brief information on the lives, works and tafsir methods of Maturidi and Al-Jassas, "judgement/ahkam", "verse", "ahkam verses," which can be called the conceptual framework of the subject, are defined, and explanations about the numbers, findings, wordage and classification of the ahkam verses, as well as the issues related to deriving judgments from the Qur'an, are made. In the second part, after the explanations about the Makki surah/verse, the comments made by Maturidi and Al-Jassas on the ahkam verses about worshipping, morality, muamalat (dealing) and uqubat (penal lawas) in the Makki verses, and the judgments they deduced from the verses are examined. In addition, some verses of judgements that do not fall under the relevant headings are discussed under the heading; "some other judgements." In the conclusion part, there is a general evaluation of the commentators and issues discussed in the research and the results obtained.
