Fen bilgisi öğretmen adaylarının çevreye yönelik tutumları

Bu araştırmanın amacı fen bilgisi öğretmen adaylarının çevreye yönelik tutumlarını incelemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi Ahmet Keleşoğlu Eğitim Fakültesi fen bilgisi öğretmenliği programında okuyan 3. ve 4.sınıf öğretmen adaylarından toplam 104 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada fen bilgisi öğretmen adaylarının çevreye yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek amacıyla toplamda 18 maddelik Taflı ve Ateş (2016) tarafından geliştirilen çevreye karşı tutum ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS paket programıyla yapılmış olup, uygun analiz yöntemlerinden aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi kullanılarak bulgular ele alınıp açıklanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, araştırrmaya katılan fen bilgisi öğretmen adaylarının çevreye yönelik tutumlarının cinsiyet ile sınıf açısından anlamlı bir farkın olmadığı ve çevre ile ilgili kuruluşlara üye olma bakımından ise anlamlı bir fark olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları çevreye karşı tutum ile davranışların geliştirilmesine yönelik yeni araştırmalar için bir yol gösterici niteliğinde olacaktır.

The aim of this study is to examine pre-service science teachers' attitudes towards the environment. The study group of the study consists of 104 participants from 3rd and 4th grade pre-service teachers who study science teaching program at Necmettin Erbakan University Ahmet Keleşoğlu Education Faculty in the academic year of 2018-2019. In the study, an attitude towards environment scale developed by Taflı and Ateş (2016) with a total of 18 items was used to determine the attitudes of pre-service science teachers towards the environment. The analysis of the data was made with the SPSS package program, and the findings were discussed and explained using the appropriate analysis methods such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t test, one-way analysis of variance. According to the results of the research, it was determined that there was no significant difference in the attitudes towards the environment of the science teacher candidates participating in the study in terms of gender and class, and there was a significant difference in terms of being a member of environmental organizations. The results of the research will be a guide for new researches on the development of attitude and behavior towards the environment.
