Cassâs'ın, Ahkâmu'l-Kur'an'da ibâdetlerle ilgili İmam Şâfiî'ye nispet ettiği görüşlerin tahkiki

Cassâs'ın Ahkâmü'l-Kur'an adlı eseri fıkhî tefsir alanında yazılmış eserlerin ilklerinden ve en önemlilerinden kabul edilir. Eserde, Sahabe, müçtehit âlimler ve mezhep imamların görüşlerine bolca yer verilmektedir. "Cessâs'ın, Ahkâmü'l-Kur'an'da İbâdetlerle İlgili İmam Şâfii'ye Nispet Ettiği Görüşlerin Tahkiki" adlı çalışmamızda Şâfiî mezhebinin kurucusu olan İmam Şâfiî'ye ibadetler ili ilgili nispet edilen atıflar incelenmiştir. Tez, giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuç bölümlerinden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde konunun konusu, önemi, amacı, yöntemi belirtilmiştir. Birinci bölümde İmam Cassâs'ın hayatı anlatılmış ve tezin konusu olarak ele alınan eserin özellikleri anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde Ahkâmu'l-Kur'an adlı eserindeki İbadetlerle ilgili İmam Şâfiî'ye yapılan atıflar incelenerek araştırmanın asıl bölümü yazılmıştır. Bu bölümde Taharet, Namaz, Oruç, Zekât ve Hac konuları ile ilgili atıfların isabetli olup olmadıkları ile tartışılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde yapılan atıfların isabet oranları tespit edilerek bir oran elde edilmiştir.

Ahkamul Quran of Cessâs is considered as one of the first and most prominent books written in the field of fiqh tafsir. The book contains a large number of views of the companions, müctehid scholars and sectarian imams. The references made to the founder of the Shafi sect Imam Shafii in relation the worshipping are examined in this thesis titled "Analysis of Imam Shafii's Views on Worship in Ahkam al-Qur'an of Cessâs" This thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion section. The introduction briefly describes the subject of the thesis, importance of the subject and purpose and methodology of the study. The first chapter contains the information about the life of Imam Cessâs and the features of his book which is the subject of this thesis. The references made to Imam Shafi in Cessâs' book entitled "Ahkamul Quran" in relation to worshipping are examined in the In the second and the principal chapter of this thesis. Accuracy of the references to Imam Shafii regarding taharat, namaz, fasting, zakat and Hajj are tested in this chapter.In the conclusion section, an accuracy ratio is established by utilising the of the accuracy of the references made to Imam Shafi which were formerly tested in the second chapter.
