İsmail Ferid'in materyalizm eleştirisi

Tanzimat'la birlikte son dönem Osmanlı düşüncesine etki eden bazı fikir akımları olmuştur. Bunların en etkili olanlarından biri materyalizmdir. Materyalizmin bu dönemde Osmanlı'da ses getirmesine neden olan birçok eser bulunmaktadır. Louis Büchner'in "Krafft und Stoff" adlı eseri de bunlardan biridir. Bu çalışmada bir son dönem Osmanlı felsefecisi olan İsmail Ferid'in, Büchner'in söz konusu eserinde savunduğu materyalizmini eleştirisi incelenmiştir. Bu eleştiriler Tanrı-evren-insan münasebeti ve din- bilim çatışması meseleleri çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır.

There were many movement of idea which influenced last years of Ottoman thought. Materialism is one of the most effective among these. Materialism was created a tremendous impression thanks to the fact that there were many works. Louis Büchner's "Matter and Power" is one of the most influential among these. And then, this work analyzed İsmail Ferid's critics of "Matter and Power" by Louis Büchner. İsmail Ferid's critic has tackled with as part of God- cosmos- human relationship and conflict of religion and science.
