Nesâî'nin Süneni Özelinde Kitâbü'l-İstiâze Hadislerinin Tahrîc ve Değerlendirmesi

Bu çalışmada Nesâî’nin Sünen’inde Kitâbü’l-istiâze bölümünde yer alan hadislerin tahrîc ve değerlendirmesi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışma iki bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde müellif, ilmi şahsiyeti, hocaları, öğrencileri, eserleri ve süneni tanıtılmıştır. İkinci bölümde istiâze kavramı ve konuyla ilgili hadislerin tahrîc ve değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise Kütüb-i Sitte’de sadece Nesâî’nin Süneninde Kitâbü’l-İstiâze bölümünün olmasının muhtemel sebeplerine değinilmiş ve genel bir değerlendirmede bulunulmuştur.

In this study, it is imed to interpret and evaluate the hadiths in the Kitabu'l-Istiaze section of Nesai’s Sunen. The study comprised of the ports and a conclusion In the first part, the avthor, his scientific personality, teachers, students, Works and Sunen were introduced. In the second part, the interpretation and evaluation of the concept of istiaze and the hadiths which related to the subject were made. In the conclusion part, the passible reasons fort he fact that there is only the Kitâbu’l-Istiâze section in the Sunen of Nesâî in Kutûb-i Sitte are mentioned and a general evaluation was made.
