Mezhep İçi Tercih Usulü Açısından Haskefî’nin Ed-Dürrü’l-Muhtâr İsimli Eserinin Değerlendirilmesi (Taharet Bölümü)

Hanefî mezhebinde yazıldığı dönemden itibaren rağbet gören Haskefî’nin ed-Dürrü’l-muhtâr isimli eserinin mezhep içi tercih ilkeleri ile uyumunun inceleneceği bu çalışma, giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde konunun önemi, amacı, yöntemi ve kaynakları ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde, üzerine çalışma yaptığımız eser olan ed-Dürrü’l-muhtâr ve müellifi Haskefî’nin üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde, Hanefî mezhebi içerisinde yerleşmiş olan tercih usûlü ilkeleri üzerinde öz bir şekilde durulmuş ve üçüncü bölümde meselelerin değerlendirilmesinde dikkat çekilecek somut tercih ilkeleri belirlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, ed-Dürrü’l-muhtâr’ın tahâretle ilgili bahisleri, mezhebin muteber kaynakları ile mukayese edilerek ikinci bölümde belirlenen tercih ilkeleri ekseninde incelenmiştir Sonuç başlığı altında ise araştırmanın sonuçları ortaya konularak bir tablo ile Haskefî’nin mezhebin makbul görüşünün dışına çıkmasının gerekçeleri belirtilmiştir.

This study, which will investigate the compatibility of Haskefî's work ed-Dürrü'l-muhtâr, which has been in demand since the time it was written in the Hanafi sect, with the itra-sect principles of preference, consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. In the introduction, the importance, purpose, method and sources of the subject are discussed. In the first chapter, ed-Dürrü'l-muhtâr and its author Haskefî, which is the work on which we have studied, are emphasized. In the second chapter, the principles of preference procedure settled in the Hanafi sect are concisely emphasized, and in the third chapter, the concrete preference principles, that will draw attention in the evaluation of the issues, are determined. In the third chapter, ed-Dürrü'l-muhtâr's tahâret topics were compared with the credible sources of the sect and examined in the axis of the preference principles determined in the second chapter. The results of the research are presented under the conclusion chapter and the reasons for Haskefi's departure from the reasonable opinion of the sect are stated with a table.
