Türkiye'de yayın yapan ulusal haber kanallarında diksiyon analizi: Ana haber bültenleri

Diksiyon ve Türkçenin doğru kullanımı, kuşkusuz televizyonda haber sunan bir spiker için son derece önemlidir. Günümüzde halen toplumun haber almada çokça tercih ettiği televizyonda kullanılan dil, hemen her türlü mecradan ve günlük yaşamda kullanılan dilden çok daha kusursuz olmak durumundadır. Bu da haber spikerlerine, Türkçenin en doğru şekilde kullanılması noktasında sorumluluklar yüklemektedir. Televizyon haberlerinde kullanılan dilin ve diksiyonun inceleneceği bu çalışmada amaç, Türkiye’de ulusal ölçekte yayın yapan ve en çok takip edilen 3 haber kanalının ana haber bültenlerinin sunumlarını, diksiyon unsurları açısından analiz etmektir. Diksiyon analizi TRT Haber, CNN Türk ve Habertürk kanallarının 1-7 Ağustos 2023 tarih aralığındaki ana haber bültenlerini kapsamaktadır. Çalışmanın amacına ve sorununa uygun olarak literatür taraması yapılmış, ulusal ve uluslararası literatür incelenmiş, literatürden elde edilen birikim ve bilgiler ekseninde nitel içerik analizi ile gözlem yoluyla elde edilen veriler araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan kodlama cetveline göre yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmayla haber sunumlarında yapılan hatalar belirlenmiş ve bu hataların düzeltilmesi adına spiker ve izleyici açısından farkındalık oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada ana haber spikerlerinin hangi tür hataları ne sıklıkla yaptığı ile ilgili detaylı değerlendirmeler ve belli başlı iii öneriler yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın sonucuna göre ana haber bültenlerinde azımsanmayacak sayıda diksiyon hatası yapıldığı görülmüştür. En çok yapılan üç hata türü cümle vurgusu, ı’lama-tekrarlama ve boğumlanma; en az yapılan hata türleri, “ile“ ve “ise“ bağlaçlarının telaffuzu ve “ğ“ sesinin kullanımı olarak gözlemlenmiştir.

The correct use of diction and Turkish are undoubtedly extremely important for an anchor presenting news on television. Today, the language used in television, which is still preferred by the society for receiving news, has to be much more perfect than almost any other medium and the language used in daily life. This imposes responsibilities on news anchors in terms of using Turkish in the most accurate way. The aim of this study, which will examine the language and diction used in television news, is to analyze the presentations of the main news bulletins of the 3 most followed news channels broadcasting on a national scale in Turkey in terms of diction elements. The diction analysis covers the main news bulletins of TRT Haber, CNN Türk and Habertürk channels between August 1-7, 2023. In accordance with the purpose and problem of the study, a literature review was conducted, national and international literature was examined, and the data obtained through qualitative content analysis and observation on the axis of the knowledge and information obtained from the literature were interpreted according to the coding chart created by the researcher. With the study, errors in news presentations were identified and awareness was tried to be created for the announcers and viewers in order to v correct these errors. The study includes detailed evaluations and certain recommendations on which types of mistakes main news anchors make and how often. According to the results of the study, it was seen that a considerable number of diction errors were made in the main news bulletins. The three most common types of mistakes are sentence stress, I'llama-repetition, and choking; the least common types of mistakes are the pronunciation of the conjunctions "with" and "ise" and the use of the "ğ" sound.
