Mansûr b. Îsâ es-Semânûdî ve Tuhfetü't-Tâlibîn fî Tecvîdi Kitâbi Rabb'il-Âlemîn adlı eserinin tahlili

Bu çalışmada XVII. yüzyıl âlimlerinden Semânûdî ve Tuhfetü't-Tâlibîn adlı eseri incelenmiştir. Çalışma giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde müellif ve eser ile alakalı bilgiler verilmiş, ikinci bölümde tecvîd ilmi ile alakalı konular ele alınmış, üçüncü bölümde ise resmu'l-mushaf konusu işlenmiştir. Eserde Kur'ân okuyucusunun ihtiyaç duyacağı hükümlerin ele alınması ve ikinci kısmında resmu'l-mushaf konusunun işlenmesi önem arz etmektedir. Müellifi bu eseri yazmaya sevk eden şey onun Kur'ân-ı Kerim'i öğrenmek isteyen, okuyan ve kendini bu alanda geliştirmek isteyen kimsenin ihtiyaç duyacağı, Kur'ân ile alakalı tüm temel bilgileri içeren bir tecvîd kitabı meydana getirmek istemesidir. Bu sebeple eserdeki konuları özet şeklinde, detaya yer vermeden ele almıştır.

In this study, the work of the XVIIth-century scholar Semânûdî and his book "Tuhfetu'tTâlibîn" has been examined. The study consists of an introduction, three sections, and a conclusion. The first section provides information about the author and the work, the second section discusses topics related to the science of Tajweed (the proper recitation of the Quran), and the third section deals with the subject of "resmu'l-mushaf" (the layout of the Quranic text). It is noteworthy that the discussion of the rules needed by the Quran reader and the treatment of "resmu'l-mushaf" in the second part are important. What motivated the author to write this work was his desire to produce a Tajweed book containing all the basic information related to the Quran that anyone wanting to learn, read, and improve in this field would need. Therefore, the topics in the work are addressed in summary form without going into detail.
