Toplam kalite yönetimi: Bir mobilya işletmesinde ampirik bir çalışma

Bu çalışmada, temel olarak toplam kalite yönetiminin mobilya üreten bir işletmede uygulama çalışması ile ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. Uygulama çalışması çerçevesinde, HAMMAK UYKU SİSTEMLERİ ' nin arazi, bina, insan kaynakları, makine, teçhizat envanteri tespit edilmiştir. Yönetim ve personelin uygulama konusu olan Toplam Kalite Yönetimi konusunda eğitimli olmadığı tespit edilmiş ve süreç öncesi eğitim öngörülmüştür. Söz konusu eğitim tamamlandıktan sonra Toplam Kalite Yönetimi Uygulama süreci başlamıştır. Toplam Kalite Yönetimi sadece ürün ve hizmet değil bir işletmeyi bütün olarak ele alıp iyileştirmeyi ve geliştirmeyi amaçlayan bir yönetim anlayışıdır. Bu Yönetimin amacı, unsurları, felsefesi, uygulamaya etkisi karşılaştırmalı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve sonuçları belirtilmiştir. Bu Yönetime Ulaşmak için olması gereken ve kullanılan araçlar verilecek eğitimlerle öğretilmiş ve sonuçları karşılaştırılıp sunulmuştur. Uygulama öncesi ve sonrasındaki verilerin karşılaştırılması sonucu Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin işletmenin uygulanabilen her kademesinde etkisinin olumlu olduğunu görülmüştür.

In this study, it is aimed to present the total quality management with the application study in a furniture producing enterprise. Within the framework of the application, the inventory of land, building, human resources, machinery and equipment of HAMMAK SLEEP SYSTEMS has been determined. It is determined that management and personnel are not trained in Total Quality Management which is the subject of application and pre-process training is foreseen. After the completion of the training in question, Total Quality Management Implementation process has started. Total Quality Management is a management approach that aims not only to product and service but to handle and improve an enterprise as a whole. The purpose of this Management, its elements, philosophy, effect on implementation is examined in a comparative manner and the results are indicated. In order to reach this management, the tools that should be used and used are taught to the enterprise with the trainings to be given and the results are compared and presented. As a result of comparing the data before and after the application, it was seen that the effect of Total Quality Management on every stage of the enterprise was positive.
