Vakıa Sûresi 79. Ayet Bağlamında Mushaf'a Abdestsiz El Sürme Meselesi

Dört büyük mezhep mensuplarınca Vakıa Suresi 79. Ayet, Mushaf'a abdestsiz olarak el sürmenin haram olması hükmünün bir delili olarak kabul edilmiştir. Buna göre ayette, Mushaf'a abdestli olanlardan başkası el süremez, buyrulur. Bu görüş bazı hadislerle de desteklenir. Bu makalede bu ayetin bağlamı, ihtiva ettiği kelimeler ele alınarak söz konusu yargıya delil olup olamayacağı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu makalede amacımız Mushaf'a dokunmanın haram olup olmamasından daha çok, Vakıa Suresi 79. Ayetin bu hükme delil olup olamayacağıdır.

Companions of the four major madhhabs acknowledged that the ayah 79 of Surah al-Waqi'ah is the evidence of the provision about prohibition of touching the Mushaf without wudu. According to those scholars, it is commanded in this ayah that no one can touch Mus'haf except the persons who performed wudu. This opinion is also supported by several hadiths. In this article, we tried to determine whether this ayah can be adduced as the evidence to support the aforementioned provision by discussing the context of the ayah and the words the ayah is comprised of. In the present article, we aimed to clarify whether or not the 79th ayah of Surah al-Waqi'ah could be accepted as the evidence for the provision about the prohibition rather than discuss the prohibition of touching Mus'haf without wudu.
