The Comparation of the Cargah Makam in Turkish Music between Theorests and Composers

Özet
The purpose of study is to define the study on the usage of Cargah makam in the works whether the definition by theorists and the usage by composer overlaps in term of usage and study. Fort this purpose different sources cntain the definition of Cargah and Works In different forms have been examined among the selected wokrs and makam, scale usage, shifting and usages were tried to be determined whether they are proportional or not. First makam and then imporvisation terms have been evaluated, then 37 works have been defined in different forms as verbal and instrumental considering More original parts of makam tahat is to which will enable us to reach the conclusion easily have been examined (1. Hane, mulazime, teslim, zemin, nakarat vb.). The research, according to the results of the examined works has the quality of a source in the standardization of the definition of Cargah makam. Today the education of Turkish music is given though Arel-Ezgi system the Cargah makam which this system use is the scala expressed by the first Nevi Cargah makam.
