Ortaokul 5. sınıf kademesinde derse giren müzik öğretmenlerinin müzik dersi öğretim program uygulamalarına yönelik karşılaştıkları problemler

Ortaokul 5.sınıf kademesinde derse giren müzik öğretmenlerinin, müzik dersi öğretim program uygulamalarına yönelik karşılaştıkları problemleri ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılan bu araştırma, durum tespitine yönelik tarama modelindedir. Çalışma gurubu 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılı, Konya ili devlet okullarında görevli 40 müzik öğretmenini kapsamaktadır. Ortaokul 5.sınıf kademesinde derse giren müzik öğretmenleri ile müzik dersi öğretim programı uygulamalarına yönelik nitel araştırma kapsamında görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Öğretmenlerle yapılan görüşmelerde araştırmanın problem cümlelerine yanıtlar bulabilmek için 6 soruluk yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu, uzman görüşlerine göre oluşturulmuş ve uygulanmıştır. Müzik öğretmenlerinin müzik dersi öğretim programıyla ilgili görüşleri ortaya konmuştur. Araştırmanın sonucunda müzik öğretmenlerinin çoğunluğundan elde edilen verilere dayanarak, müzik dersi öğretim programının, 5. sınıf müzik dersi için uygun olmadığı, program kapsamında yer alan konuların; şarkıların türü ve içeriğinin, öğrencilerin ses aralığına ve seviyelerine uygun olmadığı, öğretmenlerin müzik dersinin işlenmesi için fiziki ve mimari yapının; kullanılan materyal, araç-gereç ve kaynakların, bunun yanı sıra, müzik dersine ayrılan sürenin yetersiz olduğu, ayrıca ilkokul birinci kademede verilen müzik eğitiminin, ikinci kademede verilen müzik eğitimine olumlu bir katkısı olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

This research, which was conducted in order to reveal the problems faced by the music teachers in the 5th grade of secondary school, about the applications of music curriculum, is a screening model for the determination of the situation. The study group included 40 music teachers working in public schools of Konya in 2015-2016 academic year. Interviews were held with music teachers who participated in 5th grade in middle school within the scope of qualitative research on music lesson curriculum applications. In order to find answers to the problem sentences of the research, 6-question semi-structured interview form was formed and applied according to expert opinions. The opinions of music teachers about the curriculum of music lesson were put forward. Based on the data obtained from the majority of music teachers, it was concluded that the curriculum of the music lesson is not suitable for the 5th grade music lesson; the type and content of the songs are not appropriate for the students' sound range and levels and the physical and architectural structure of the teachers for the music lesson; It was concluded that the materials, tools and resources used were insufficient during the music lesson and the music education given in the first stage of the primary school did not make a positive contribution to the music education in the second stage.
