Okul öncesinde sanat eğitiminin verimliliği üzerine okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin görüşleri

Araştırmanın amacı, okul öncesinde sanat eğitiminin verimliliği üzerine okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmanın yöntemi nitel olarak belirlenmiş olup araştırma, olgubilim deseninde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada çalışma grubu, Konya ilinde devlet okulda görev yapmakta olan 16 okul öncesi öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların tanımlayıcı özelliklerini öğrenmeye yönelik kişisel bilgi formu ile yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla veriler elde edilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analize göre katılımcıların sanat eğitiminin okul öncesi çocuklar için oldukça verimli olduğu yönünde görüş bildirdikleri ve sanat eğitiminin çocukların bilişsel, duygusal ve sosyal gelişimlerini destekleyen çok yönlü ve olumlu etkiler sunduğu görüşünde birleştiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Katılımcıların sanat eğitimi çalışmalarının yapılabilmesi için uygun ortamın hazırlanmasıyla ilgili bilgi sahibi oldukları sanat eğitiminde çeşitli geleneksel ve yenilikçi yöntemleri bir arada kullanarak öğrenci odaklı ve zenginleştirici bir öğrenme ortamı sundukları belirlenmiştir. Okul öncesi dönem çocukları için sanat eğitiminin oldukça verimli kazanımlar sağladığı katılımcı görüşlerinde tespit edilmiş olup okul öncesi sanat eğitiminin çocukların duygusal, sosyal, estetik ve disiplin becerilerini geliştirerek onların çok yönlü gelişimlerini desteklediği tespit edilmiştir Araştırma sonucu olarak ailelerin ve okulun sanat eğitiminde çocukların sanatsal gelişimini desteklemek için iş birliği içinde sorumluluk üstlenmesinin önemli olduğu yönünde görüş birliği dikkat çekmektedir. Son olarak araştırmanın sonucuna göre okul öncesi dönemde sanat eğitiminin değerlendirme sürecinin kritik bir önem taşıdığı anlaşılmış olup değerlendirmelerin çok yönlü ve kapsamlı bir yaklaşımla ele alınması gerektiği belirlenmiştir.

The aim of the research is to determine the opinions of preschool teachers on the effectiveness of preschool art education. In line with this purpose, the method of the research was determined as qualitative and the research was conducted in a phenomenological pattern. The study group in the research consists of 16 preschool teachers working in a state school in Konya province. Data were obtained through a personal information form and a semi structured interview form to learn the descriptive characteristics of the participants. Content analysis method was used in the analysis of the data. According to the analysis, it was concluded that the participants expressed their opinion that art education is quite efficient for preschool children and that art education offers multifaceted and positive effects that support children's cognitive, emotional and social development. It was determined that the participants have knowledge about the preparation of a suitable environment for art education studies and that they provide a student-centered and enriching learning environment by using various traditional and innovative methods together in art education. It has been determined in the participant views that art education for preschool children provides very productive gains, and it has been determined that preschool art education supports children's multifaceted development by developing their emotional, social, aesthetic and disciplinary skills. As a result of the research, it is remarkable that families and schools agree on the importance of taking responsibility in cooperation to support children's artistic development in art education. Finally, according to the results of the research, it has been understood that the evaluation process of art education in the preschool period is of critical importance, and it has been determined that evaluations should be handled with a multifaceted and comprehensive approach.
