Developing Technology Cloud Informatics and Turkey

Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have become an indispensable part for people in their daily lives. Accessing to the Internet through computers, mobile phones, and tablets has becoming easier each passing day. Developments in Information Technologies (IT) provide easiness of cost, speed, sustainability and time to continue their existence in the sector and provide their services for the business enterprises. Necessity of renewing their infrastructure increases the cost for the business enterprises. Now after that, outsourcing has become a necessity for business enterprises. Cloud Communication Technology offers flexible solutions with its Pay as you go principle optionally for business enterprises. In this study, service models, distribution models, advantages and disadvantages of Cloud Informatics are examined. The current state of ICT, IT and Cloud Informatics in Turkey is put forward.
