Özengen müzik eğitimi kurumlarında keman derslerini yürüten öğretmenlerin karşılaştığı problemler

Bu araĢtırmada, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı‟na bağlı özengen müzik eğitimi kurumlarında keman derslerini yürüten öğretmenlerin karĢılaĢtıkları problemleri tespit etmek ve elde edilen bulgulara göre çözüm önerileri sunmak amaçlanmıĢtır. Nitel veri toplama yöntemi iĢe koĢulan bu araĢtırmada verilerin toplanabilmesi için, nitel araĢtırmalarda sıklıkla kullanılan “gözlem”, “görüĢme” ve “doküman incelemesi” tekniklerinden görüĢme tekniği kullanılmıĢ, görüĢme formu yoluyla özengen müzik eğitimi kurumlarında keman derslerini yürüten 25 öğretmenden görüĢ alma yoluna gidilmiĢ ve alınan cevaplara betimsel analiz uygulanmıĢtır. Özengen müzik eğitimi kurumlarında keman derslerini yürüten öğretmenlerin, “öğrencilerin yaĢadığı teknik problemler”, “kullanılan öğretim yöntemi” , “öğrenci performansları”, “çalıĢılan kurumun iĢleyiĢi” ve “öğrenci ailelerine iliĢkin görüĢleri” olmak üzere toplam beĢ adet grup ve bu gruplar içerisindeki konulara iliĢkin çeĢitli problemler yaĢadıkları sonucuna varılmıĢtır.

In this research, it was aimed to identify the problems faced by teachers conducting violin lessons in amateur music education institutions under the Ministry of National Education and to offer solutions according to the findings. Qualitative data collection method was employed in order to collect data in this research, interview technique was used from “observation”, “interview” and “document review” techniques often used in qualitative research, interview form was used and descriptive analysis was applied to the answers received from 25 teachers who conducted violin lessons in amateur music education institutions. It was concluded that the teachers conducting violin lessons in amateur music education institutions had problems regarding “the technical problems that students experienced”, “the teaching method employed” , “the performence of students”, “the functioning of the institution by which the teacher was employed” and “the teachers'views concerning the families of the students”, a total of five groups as well as regarding several issues within these groups.
