Siverek'te sosyal ve dini hayat

Çalışmamızın konusu Siverek'te sosyal ve dini hayatın incelenmesidir. Konunun teorik boyutunun yanı sıra pratik boyutuyla da incelenmesi planlanmış olup bu maksatla mülakat tekniği ve anket çalışmasından yararlanılmıştır. Anadolu'nun birçok şehri gibi Siverek de milattan önceye dayanan kadim bir tarihe sahiptir. Araştırmamızın amacı da Siverek ilçesindeki sosyal ve dini yaşamın ortaya çıkarılma çalışmalarına katkıda bulunmak, zamana bağlı olarak değişen toplumumuzda dinin konumunu tespit etmeye çalışmak; toplumun inanç ve yaşayışlarını belirleyerek ülkemizdeki dini yaşayış gerçeğini daha derinlemesine anlamak ve de din sosyolojisi çalışmalarına katkı sunmaktır. Önemli bir sosyal kurum olan din Türk toplumunun manevi yaşantısına etki etmekle birlikte, kutsalla olan ilişkisini düzenleyerek değerlerin, toplumsal ilişkilerin, ahlaki hayatın temelini oluşturur. Bu açıdan din, sosyolojik araştırmalarda ele alınması gereken önemli bir sosyal gerçekliktir. Zaman ilerledikçe sanayileşme ve kentleşmeyle beraber toplumların sosyo-kültürel yapısında büyük değişikliklerin yaşandığı bilinen bir gerçektir. Gayemiz, bu değişimlere bağlı olarak, birey ve toplum bazında önemli bir faktör olan dinin, toplum içinde aldığı şekli ve topluma olan etkisi ile bireylerin yaşantısında oldukça etkili olan sosyal faaliyetlerin incelenmesidir.

The subject of our study is the study of social and religious life in Siverek. In addition to the theoretical dimension of the subject, it is planned to examine the practical dimension and interview technique and survey study is used for this purpose. Like many cities in Anatolia, Siverek has an ancient history dating back to the millennium. The aim of our research is to contribute to the emergence of social and religious life in Siverek district and to try to determine the position of religion in our changing society in time; to understand the beliefs and lives of the society and to understand the reality of religious life in our country and to contribute to the studies of sociology of religion. Religion, which is an important social institution, influences the spiritual life of Turkish society, but it is the basis of values, social relations and moral life by regulating its relationship with the sacred. In this respect, religion is an important social reality that needs to be addressed in sociological research. As time progresses, it is a known fact that there are big changes in socio-cultural structure of societies together with industrialization and urbanization. Our aim is to examine the social activities which are very effective in the life of individuals with the effect of religion on the society and society, which is an important factor on the individual and society based on these changes.
