İşitme engelli öğrencilerin sanat eğitiminde illüstrasyonun kullanımı

Etkili bir iletişim aracı olarak resmin önemi vurgulanırken, illüstrasyonun önceliği göz ardı edilmemelidir. Duygu, düşünce ve fikirlerin resimle ifade edilmesi illüstrasyonun en basit tanımı olarak düşünülebilir. Resim bireyler için sadece serbest zaman uğraşısı değildir. Bilinçli veya bilinçsiz insan beyninin sürekli çalışmasını sağlayarak, kavrama düzeyini artırdığı bilinmektedir. İşitme engelli öğrencilerin iç ve dış dünyaları arasında bir köprü olabileceğini keşfetmelerine, illüstrasyonların katkı sağlayacağı düşünülerek gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada amaç; özel eğitimin bir dalı olan işitme engelli öğrencilerin eğitiminde sanat eğitiminin önemini ortaya koymaktır. İşitme engelli öğrencilerin görme duyusuna hitap ederek, İllüstrasyonun sanat eğitimi içinde kullanılabilirliğine ve eğitsel açıdan öğrenci kazanımlarına katkısına cevap aranmıştır. Araştırmada deneme modellerinden Öntest, Sontest Kontrol Gruplu Model (ÖSKD) kullanılmıştır. Random seçim ile araştırmanın örnekleminden seçilen öğrencilerden, iki çalışma grubu oluşturularak guruplardan birisi deney gurubu diğeri kontrol gurubu olarak tanımlanmıştır. Grubun birine illüstrasyon tekniğiyle hazırlanan çalışmalarla konu anlatılırken, diğer gruba işaret diliyle anlatılarak yapılan çalışmaların aşamaları takip edilmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini, Konya ili "Konevi İşitme Engelliler Ortaokulu" öğrencileri, örneklemini ise deney ve kontrol grubu olarak seçilen 20 kişiden oluşan 5, 6, 7 ve 8. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda illüstrasyonun işitme engelli öğrencilerin sanat eğitiminde düşüncenin ifadesini oluşturmada önemli katkı sağladığı belirlenmiştir. Öğrenci odaklı eğitim sistemi dahilinde sanat eğitiminde illüstrasyonun etkili bir şekilde kullanımının özel eğitim öğrencilerinin görsel sanatlar eğitiminde kazanımlara ulaşılabilmesi için daha verimli olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

While the emphasis is placed on the importance of image as an effective means of communication, the priority of the illustration should not be overlooked. Expression of emotion, thoughts and ideas in painting can be thought of as the simplest definition of illustration. The picture is not just free time for individuals. It is known that conscious or unconscious human brains have increased their level of understanding by providing continuous work. The purpose of this research is to discover that hearing impaired students may be a bridge between inner and outer worlds and that illustrations will contribute; taht is to demonstrate the importance of art education in the education of hearing-impaired students, a special education school.It is a special education school. Addressing the sense of sight of students with disabilities who are deprived of hearing, the usability of illustration in arts education and the contribution of achievements of students with an educational point of view are tried to be searched. Pre-test and post-test control group models (ÖSKD) were used in the study. Two study groups were formed as control group and experimental group and they are selected according to random selection. In one of the group, studies prepared with illustration technique were explained to students and in the other group, the steps of the studies made by sign language were followed. In the study, 20 students from Konya, "Konevi Hearing Impaired Secondary School", and for sample, 20 students from secondary schools in the grade 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th who are selected as experimental and control groups. As a result of the research, it was determined that the illustration contributed significantly to the hearing impaired students. Within the student-centered education system, the effective use of illustrations in art education has been achieved as a result of the fact that special education students are more productive in achieving achievements in visual arts education.
