ERP kullanan işletmelerde sahadan veri toplama yöntemlerinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir karar analizi çalışması

Bu tez çalışmasında, ERP kullanan işletmelerde sahadan veri toplama yöntemlerinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir karar analizi çalışması yapılmıştır. Tezin ilk bölümünde ERP sistemlerinin işleyişi hakkında ayrıntılı bilgi verilmiş ve ERP sistemlerinde veri toplamanın önemi vurgulanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında, sahadan veri toplama süreçlerinin optimizasyonu için tablet, kiosk ve telefon gibi cihazlar kullanılarak farklı veri toplama yöntemleri değerlendirilmiştir. Uzman görüşleri alınarak değerlendirme kriterlerinin ağırlıkları belirlenmiş ve TOPSIS yöntemi ile alternatif veri toplama yöntemleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, dijitalleşen üretim süreçlerinde maliyet etkinliği sağlamak ve operasyonel verimliliği artırmak için öneriler sunmaktadır.

In this thesis, a decision analysis study is conducted to determine the field data collection methods in enterprises using ERP. In the first part of the thesis, detailed information about the operation of ERP systems is given and the importance of data collection in ERP systems was emphasized. Within the scope of the study, different data collection methods were evaluated using devices such as tablets, kiosks and phones for the optimization of field data collection processes. The weights of the evaluation criteria are determined by taking expert opinions and the alternative data collection methods are compared by using TOPSIS method. The research results offer suggestions to ensure cost effectiveness and increase operational efficiency in digitalized production processes.
