The first chapter provides general information on the importance of difference equations. The second chapter presents a comprehensive literature review on the solutions of various types of difference equations and systems of difference equations. In the third chapter, fundamental definitions and theorems concerning difference equations are introduced, and the solution of the bilinear difference equation is analyzed.
