Methods: Twenty-three patients with NHL underwent baseline, interim, and postchemotherapy F-18-FDG PET/CT. SUVmax and SUVmean values of the liver and MBP at imaging time were compared statistically. Results: We did not find any significant differences between the liver and mediastinum SUVmean and SUVmax values (P>.05). Conclusions: Our study demonstrates that the F-18-FOG uptake in the liver and MBP are not significantly affected by R-CHOP chemotherapy in patients with NHL. (C) 2015 Elsevier Inc.
