The electrode exhibited good electrocatalytic activity with a well-defined hyperbolic dependence of amperometric signal upon glucose concentration in the presence and in the absence of oxygen. The electrode showed a good reproducibility and repeatability with relative standard deviation of less than 3 and 5%, respectively. The interaction of GOx with PD mediator was confirmed by means of UV?Vis absorbance spectroscopy.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessPhenanthroline Derivative1,10-Phenanthroline-5,6-DioneGlucose OxidaseGlucose BiosensorAmperometric SensorsElectrocatalytic ActivityEvaluation of 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione as redox mediator for glucose oxidaseArticle71177812-s2.0-84951186118Q4WOS:000367261200010Q410.1134/S1061934816010044
