Herein we report a 5-year-old child who presented with acute ischemic stroke caused by S. paucimobilis that was treated successfully with antibiotics and antithrombotic agents. According to our knowledge, this is the first case of acute ischemic infarction with S. paucimobilis in a previously healthy child.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessSphingomonas PaucimobilisAcute Ischemic StrokeChildrenA Rare Presentation of Sphingomonas paucimobilis in a Healthy Child: Acute Ischemic StrokeArticle2-s2.0-85157979991Q3WOS:00097317490000110.1055/s-0043-1767770
