Birinci bölümde, circulant matrisler ve q-Binom katsayıları ile ilgili yapılan bazı çalışmalar verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, circulant matrisler tanıtılmış, üçüncü bölümde q-Binom katsayıları ve özellikleri verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise q-Binom katsayıları ile circulant matrisleri tanımlayarak özdeğer, determinant ve normları incelenmiştir. Beşinci bölümde ise bu çalışma ile ilgili sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir.This study consist of five sections. In the first section, some studies related to circulant matrices and q-Binomial coefficients were given. In the second section, some preperties connected with circulant matrices were given. In the third section, definitions and some properities of q-Binomial coefficients were given. In the fourth section circulant matrices with q-Binomial coefficients were defined and investigated eigenvalues, determinants and norms.
