In this context, the following issues are discussed: the witness of the woman, her share of the inheritance, the right to marry-divorce, obedience to her husband, violence against women, polygamy, being an element of mischief. The cultural structure of Arab society in which religion was born and the effect of some traditional discourses on the formation of the position and status of women were discussed in the second part.
