Çalışma iki bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde müellif, ilmi şahsiyeti, hocaları, öğrencileri, eserleri ve süneni tanıtılmıştır. İkinci bölümde istiâze kavramı ve konuyla ilgili hadislerin tahrîc ve değerlendirmeleri yapılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde ise Kütüb-i Sitte’de sadece Nesâî’nin Süneninde Kitâbü’l-İstiâze bölümünün olmasının muhtemel sebeplerine değinilmiş ve genel bir değerlendirmede bulunulmuştur.In this study, it is imed to interpret and evaluate the hadiths in the Kitabu'l-Istiaze section of Nesai’s Sunen. The study comprised of the ports and a conclusion In the first part, the avthor, his scientific personality, teachers, students, Works and Sunen were introduced. In the second part, the interpretation and evaluation of the concept of istiaze and the hadiths which related to the subject were made.
