In this case, we presented the emergency endovascular treatment of a ruptured descending thoracic aortic aneurysm. A female patient, admitted to the emergency with sudden onset back pain, was treated by emergency endovascular stent-graft after CT angiography examination. According to endovascular treatment, surgical treatment has a high mortality and morbidity rate in the treatment of the ruptured descending thoracic aortic aneurysms. The endovascular stent-graft treatment is applied safely and successfully to the intervention of this pathology.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessRuptured Thoracic Aortic AneurysmEndovascular Stent-GraftEndovascular Stent-graft Placement for the Emergency Treatment of Ruptured Descending Aortic AneurysmArticle1329798WOS:00042019660001310.5152/jaem.2013.004
