Ne var ki zaman içinde aile yapısındaki değişmeler sonucunda küçülen aile yapısı, anne ve babanın iş hayatında olması, onlara yeterince vakit ayıramaması sebebiyle çocukların ahlaki gelişimi aileden okula doğru yön değiştirmektedir. Yine bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki hızlı değişim, insani ilişkileri hızlandırmıştır. Toplumsal boyutta ise küresel etkileşim çok hızlı düzeyde artmıştır. Bu hızlı etkileşim toplumların öz değerlerinde deformeye sebep olmuştur. Bu değer deformunun etkisini azaltmak için yeniden geleneksel değerlere dönüşün (eşitlik, adalet, saygı, sorumluluk, öz disiplin, aile, vatan sevgisi ve başkalarına hizmet) öne çıktığı görülmektedir. Yenilenen 2018 Sosyal Bilgiler dersi öğretim programında “Değerlerimiz öğretim programlarının perspektifini oluşturan ilkeler toplamıdır. Kökleri geleneklerimiz ve dünümüz içinde….. “denilmektedir. Bu açıdan çalışmamız; Büyük Selçuklu Devleti’nin büyük veziri Nizamülmülk’ün “Siyasetnâme” sinin Sosyal Bilgiler öğretiminde değerler eğitimi açısından incelenmesini oluşturmaktadır. Esrin içeriği Nitel Araştırma Tekniklerinden Doküman Analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilerek zaman ve mekândan yenik düşmeyerek hala geçerliliğini sürdüren, Sosyal Bilgiler dersi öğretim programıyla da kazandırılması beklenen on sekiz değerden on altısının Siyasetnâme içerisinde yer aldığı görülmüştür. Siyasetname’in Sosyal Bilgiler dersinde değer eğitiminde yararlanılabilecek somut bir eğitim materyali olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmamızda, ortak değerlerden bazıları etkinlik örnekleriyle sunulmuştur. Ayrıca bu çalışmada, Nizamülmülk, Siyasetnâme ve Değerler Eğitimi hakkında da bilgiler verilmiştir.training are extremely important in terms of shaping human behavior, creating their personalities and socializing the individual. In the renewed 2018 Social Studies course curriculum, “Our values are the sum of the principles that make up the perspective of the curriculum. It has its roots in our traditions and yesterday..... it is said that“. From this point of view, our study is to examine the “Politiketname” of Nizam al-Mulk, the grand vizier of the Great Seljuk State, in terms of values education in the teaching of Social Studies. Sixteen of the eighteen values that are expected to be obtained through the Social Studies course curriculum, which is still valid by analyzing the content of marijuana using the Document Analysis method using Qualitative Research Techniques and not succumbing to time and space, have been found to be included in the Politiketname. It has been concluded that Politiketname is a concrete educational material that can be used in value education in Social Studies course. In our study, some of the common values are presented with examples of activities.
