Hüsn-i hat sanatı, İslâm sanatları arasında önemli bir yere sahiptir; estetik değeri yüksek olmasının yanı sıra dinî ve edebî değerlerin ifadesine de aracılık etmiştir. Çalışmada, Osmanlı toplumunun edebî zevkini ve estetik anlayışını yansıtan Türkçe ve Farsça manzume levhaları, içerik, dil ve estetik özellikleri açısından ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde, bu konulara dair yazılmış levhalarda yer alan manzumelerin muhtevası incelenmiştir. İkinci ve üçüncü bölümlerde tespit edilen manzume levhaları yüzyıl, dil ve hattatlarına göre tasnif edilmiş; ardından içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Her bir manzume levhası için levhanın bulunduğu yer, yazı çeşidi, hattatı, tarihi, seçilen manzumenin şairi, bulunduğu eser, transkripsiyonlu metni, vezni, Osmanlı Türkçesi ile yazılmış manzumelerin günümüz Türkçesine aktarılmış hâli ve Farsça manzumelerin tercümesi gibi genel bilgileri içeren tablolar hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden veri toplama ve içerik analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda hüsn-i hat levhalarının, Osmanlı toplumunun dinî ve kültürel hayatında önemli bir rol oynadığı, manevî değerlerin yayılmasında ve korunmasında etkili olduğu, geçmişten günümüze dinî-tasavvufî mesajları ile edebî zenginlikleri aktardığı görülmektedir. Osmanlı'daki edebî faaliyetleri yansıtan Türkçe ve Farsça manzumelerin hüsn-i hat levhalarında yer alması, aynı zamanda dönemin dil ve kültür zenginliğine de işaret etmektedir. Dolayısıyla şiir ve hüsn-i hattı birleştiren bu levhaların tespiti, bir araya getirilmesi ve değerlendirilmesi Osmanlı dönemi kültürel mirasının daha iyi anlaşılmasına katkı sağlamaktadır.This study aims to analyze the manzumes in the hüsn-i hat (traditional calligraphy) panels, and their contents during the Ottoman period. The art of traditional calligraphy has an important place among Islamic arts; in addition to its high aesthetic value, it has also mediated the expression of religious and literary values. In this study, Turkish and Persian manzume panels reflecting the literary taste and aesthetic understanding of Ottoman society are analyzed in terms of their content, language and aesthetic features. In the first section, the content of the manzumes on the panels written on these subjects is analyzed. In the second and third chapters, the identified manzume panels are classified according to their century, language and calligraphers, followed by a content analysis. For each mazume panels, tables containing general information such as the location of the sheets, type of writing, calligrapher, date, the poet of the selected manzume, the work in which it is found, the transcribed text, the meter, the translation of the manzume written in Ottoman Turkish into modern Turkish, and the translation of the Persian manzumes were prepared. Data collection and content analysis techniques from qualitative research methods were used in the study. As a result of the research, it is seen that hüsn-i hat panels played an important role in the religious and cultural life of the Ottoman society, were effective in the spread and protection of spiritual values, and conveyed religious-sufic messages and literary richness from the past to the present. The presence of Turkish and Persian poems reflecting the literary activities in the Ottoman Empire on the hüsn-i hat panels also points to the linguistic and cultural richness of the period.
