Each experiment was carried out in six different fuel mixes in the range of 1000 to 2400 rpm. Biodiesel fuel produced from canola oil was added to euro diesel fuel with the addition of 5% and 10% ethanol by volume, thus producing test fuels D100, E 10B10D80, E5B5D90, El0B5D85, E5B10D85, and B100. The effect of blends on performance, exhaust emission and energy analysis was investigated for the different engine speeds and all the results were compared with effect of D100 reference fuel. The maximum thermal efficiencies obtained were 20.68 % at 1600 min' for D100 and 21.61%, 20.26%, 20.56%, 21.28% and 22.43% respectively, for ElOBI0D80, E5B5D90, El0B5D85, E5BI0D85 and B100. As a result of the experiments, E5B10D85 fuel was found to be the most suitable engine fuel mixture regarding performance and exhaust emissions, E 10B 10D80 fuel was found to be the most suitable engine fuel mixture regarding thermal efficiencies.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessEuro Diesel FuelEthanolCanola BiodieselEngine PerformanceExhaust EmissionsEnergy AnalysisPERFORMANCE, EXHAUST EMISSION AND ENERGY ANALYSIS OF DIESEL ENGINE WITH ETHANOL AND CANOLA BIODIESEL ADDITIVES IN EURO DIESEL FUELArticle3115364WOS:000736347700006
