However, a preexisting renal abnormality will increase the risk of rupture. Case Report: We report a case with previously asymptomatic and undetected congenital pelviureteric junction obstruction who first presented with acute abdomen following trauma. Conclusion: A simple abdominal trauma with underlying renal abnormalities can cause serious problems.
