Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi, Eğitim Bilimleri Enstitüsü Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı, Konya.https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12452/20039Yüksek Lisans TeziBu araştırmanın amacı, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı Bilim ve Sanat Merkezlerinde (BİLSEM) üstün yetenekli bireylerin müzik eğitimine yönelik bir model olarak uygulanan Müzik Alanı Özel Yetenek Geliştirme Programı hakkında öğretmenlerin görüş ve önerilerini alarak mevcut durumu değerlendirmek ve olası problemlere yönelik çözüm önerileri sunmaktır. Araştırma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan tarama modeline dayalı olarak yürütülmüştür. Veriler, yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, Konya ili ve ilçelerindeki Bilim ve Sanat Merkezlerinde görev yapan ve ulaşılabilen sekiz müzik öğretmeni ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, programın içerik ve kazanım bakımından kapsamlı ve donanımlı bir yapıya sahip olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Programın üstün yetenekli öğrencilerin müziksel gelişimini destekleyebilecek nitelikte hazırlandığı teorik ve teknik içeriklerin büyük oranda yeterli olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ancak uygulama sürecinde öğrencilerin yaş ve gelişim özelliklerine göre bazı içerik ve kazanımların ağır bulunduğu, bu durumun öğrenme sürecinde motivasyon kaybına neden olabildiği ifade edilmiştir. Ayrıca, uygulamaya dönük etkinliklerin sınırlı olması ve öğrencilerin hazır bulunuşluk düzeylerindeki farklılıkların öğretim sürecini zorlaştırdığı belirtilmiştir. Öğretmenler, programın uygulanabilirliğini etkileyen faktörler arasında fiziksel donanım eksikliklerini, öğretmen sayısındaki yetersizliği, veli-öğretmen beklenti uyuşmazlıklarını ve öğrencilerin gönüllü katılım düzeylerini de önemli etkenler olarak ifade etmişlerdir. Bu doğrultuda, öğretmenler içerikleri sadeleştirme, bireyselleştirme ve öğrenci merkezli öğretim stratejilerine yönelme gereği duymaktadır. Sonuç olarak, öğretmen görüşlerine dayalı bu çalışma, Müzik Alanı Özel Yetenek Geliştirme Programı’nın güçlü bir yapıya sahip olduğunu ancak uygulamada daha esnek, bireysel farklılıkları dikkate alan ve gelişim özelliklerine uygun bir yapının gerekliliğini ortaya koymaktadır.The purpose of this research is to evaluate the current situation by obtaining the opinions and suggestions of teachers about the Music Field Special Talent Development Program implemented as a model for the music education of gifted individuals in Science and Art Centers (BİLSEM) affiliated to the Ministry of National Education and to present solution suggestions for possible problems. The research was conducted based on the screening model, which is one of the qualitative research methods. Data were collected through a semi-structured interview form. In this context, interviews were conducted with eight music teachers who work in Science and Art Centers in Konya province and its districts and could be reached. The findings obtained revealed that the program has a comprehensive and well-equipped structure in terms of content and achievements. It was concluded that the theoretical and technical contents of the program prepared to support the musical development of gifted students were largely sufficient. However, it was stated that some content and achievements were above the levels of the students according to their age and developmental characteristics during the application process, and this situation could cause a loss of motivation in the learning process. In addition, it was stated that the limited number of application-oriented activities and the differences in the students' readiness levels made the teaching process difficult. Teachers have also stated that among the factors affecting the applicability of the program, the lack of physical equipment, the inadequacy of the number of teachers, parent-teacher expectation conflicts and the voluntary participation levels of students are also important factors. In this context, teachers feel the need to simplify the content, individualize it and turn to student-centered teaching strategies.
