Radiation exposure are blamed in the etiology. Pathological examination and immunohistochemical staining plays an important role in diagnosis. Mainly treatment beside surgical treatment; adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy is recommended causing high-grade tumors, positive surgical margins, large masses (>5 cm), and recurrent tumors.
