Bu durum, Hz. Peygamber'in inceleme konusu yaptığımız hadisinde açıkça görülmektedir. Çalışmada söz konusu kavramların hem açık hem de muhtemel anlamları ortaya konacaktır. Zira bu hadisin ilmî ve metodolojik bir yaklaşımla ele alınması önem arz etmektedir. Günümüzde hadis metinlerini metodolojik yaklaşımla yorumlama çabaları yoğunlaşmış durumdadır. İşte bu çalışma da mezkûr hadisi hem râvilerinin cerh-tadil durumları hem de metnindeki lafızların anlamları açısından kapsamlı bir şekilde ele alıp inceleme yönüyle önceki çabaların bir devamı niteliğindedir. Bu araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak şekillendirilmiştir. Bu yöntem literatür taraması, veri toplama, elde edilen verilerin analizi ve karşılaştırmalı değerlendirilmesi aşamalarını içermektedir. Tespitler güncel bilimsel çalışmalarla desteklenmiştir, böylece hata payının çok düşük orana indirildiği güvenilir ve objektif sonuçlara ulaşılması hedeflenmiştir. Mezkûr hadisin illetlerini ortaya koyma çabası bilimsel ve sistematik bir yaklaşımla uygulamalı olarak gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çaba, seneddeki râvilerin incelenip hâllerinin açıklanması ve metnin tahlilinde de klasik şerh geleneğinin sunduğu verilerin yanında çağdaş bilimsel araştırmalardaki bilgi temelli yöntemle ele alma şeklinde tezahür etmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışmayla, incelenen hadisin Hz. Peygamber'e nispeti, Hz. Peygamber'in kastetmiş olduğu anlamın yorumlanması ve sünnet'in her Müslüman aile için pratik bir yaşam modeli olarak benimsenmesine katkı sağlanması hedeflenmiştir.The concepts of woman, pleasant fragrance, and prayer hold significant importance in a Muslim's life, as they are counted among the essential elements that reflect a person's relationship with themselves, with others, and with their Lord. This is clearly seen in the hadith of the Prophet that we examine in this study. The research aims to present both the explicit and possible meanings of these concepts, as approaching this hadith with a scholarly and methodological perspective is of great importance. Today, efforts to interpret hadith texts through methodological approaches have intensified. This study continues those efforts by examining the mentioned hadith comprehensively—both in terms of the reliability of its transmitters (jarh ta'dīl) and the meanings of the expressions within its text. This research was shaped using a qualitative research method, which includes literature review, data collection, analysis of the obtained data, and comparative evaluation. The findings were supported by contemporary academic studies, aiming to reach reliable and objective conclusions with a very low margin of error. The attempt to identify the hidden defects ('ilal) of the mentioned hadith has been demonstrated through a scientific and systematic approach. This effort is reflected in the examination of the transmitters in the chain of narration and the clarification of their conditions, as well as in the analysis of the text using both the data provided by the classical commentary tradition and the knowledge based methods of modern academic research.
