| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın amacı, özel okullarda çalışan öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları psikolojik sözleşme ihlallerinin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada özel okulda görev yapan öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları psikolojik sözleşme ihlallerine ilişkin görüşleri incelenmiş ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Araştırma, maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi kullanılarak nitel araştırma yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Çalışma grubu 2019-2020 Eğitim öğretim yılı Konya ili merkez ilçe sınırları içerisinde bulunan özel okullarda ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise kademelerinde görev yapmakta olan 16 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada, uzman görüşü alınarak veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Görüşmeler ses kaydına alınmış olup araştırmacı tarafından yazıya dökülerek temalar oluşturulmuştur. Temalar, içerik analizi yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Özel okullarda çalışan öğretmenlerin karşılaştıkları psikolojik sözleşme ihlalleri beş alt problem altında incelenmiştir. Çalışanların yönetimden beklentileri alt problemine ilişkin temalar; adalet ve eşitlik, yeterlilik, iş tanımını netleştirme, maddi beklentiler olarak tespit edilmiştir. Kurumun sözleşme dışında öğretmenlerden beklentileri alt problemine ilişkin temalar; performansa dayalı beklenti, öğretmen-veli iletişime dayalı beklenti olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışanların kurumdan beklentilerinin performans üzerine etkisi alt problemine ilişkin temalar; olumlu etkiler ve olumsuz etkiler olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışanların kurumdan ve diğer çalışanlardan beklentisi alt problemine ilişkin temalar; paylaşım, etik davranışlar, yeterlilik olarak tespit edilmiştir. Çalışanların resmi sözleşmelerine eklemek istedikleri maddeler alt problemine ilişkin temalar; mesai saatleri dışında görevlendirme yapılmaması, zam oranının belirlenmesi, eşit ders saati, ek çalışmalara ücret verilmesi, görev tanımının netleştirilmesi ve öğretmenlerin kişisel telefon numaralarının verilmemesi olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan tespitler doğrultusunda örgüt yöneticilerine ve araştırmacılara yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research is to indicate the breaches of contracts that private school teachers encounter.In this research,the breaches of the contracts that private school teachers encounter have been examined and suggested.The research has been made by using variety of examplation with qualitative research.The working group is formed of sixteen teachers who have been working in private primary,secondary and high school teachers in the centre of Konya during the education term 2019-2020.In the research,databases have been accumulated with the semi-structured interview technique.The interviews have been tape recorded and and turned voice recordings into text by the researcher.Themes have been resolved with the content analysis method.The psychological breaches of contracts that private school teachers encounter have been examined under the title of five sub problems.The themes related to the sub problem about the expectations of the workers against their administration have been detected as justice and equality, sufficiency, clarification of job definition and financial expectations.Themes related to thesub problem about the expectations from the teachers out of the contract have been detected as expectations based on performance and interaction between the parents and the teachers.The themes related tothe sub problem about the effects of expectations of employees from the institution on performance have been detected as negative and positive effects.The themes related tothe sub problem about the expectations of the employees from the institution and the other employees have been detected as sharing,ethical attitudes and sufficiency.The themes related to the sub problem the articles that the employees want to add to their official contracts have been detected as not to be assigned out of working hours,to determine the rate of salary increase, equal periods,to pay for extra working hours,to clarify the job definition and not to share the teachers’ personal phone numbers with the parents.Researchers and the leaders of the organisation have been made suggestions in the direction the studies. | en_US |
