Sosyal bilgiler öğretim programı ve ders kitaplarında toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği eğitimi

Bu çalışmada, Sosyal Bilgiler öğretim programı ile derse ait kitaplar incelenip bunlardaki resimlerin, konuların ve kazanımların, toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği eğitimi ve algısıyla ne denli ilişkili olduğu tespit edilerek, olumlu olumsuz ve eksik yönleri belirtilmiş; yer yer eleştirilmiş ve toplumsal cinsiyete ilişkin menfi, yanlış bilgilerin düzletilmesi istikametinde katkı sağlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma, 2018-2019 yılında okutulan ders kitaplarıyla sınırlandırılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi yönteminden, kaynak ve materyal olarak da 4-5-6 ve 7. Sınıf ders kitaplarından yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Tetkik edilen ders kitaplarında toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği kavramı üniteler kapsamında ve görseller de esas alınarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmalar sonucunda toplumsal cinsiyet algısı çerçevesinde ders kitaplarının çok büyük yanlışlıklar ve eksiklikler taşımadığı, kadın erkek herkesin bir birey olarak kararlarını bağımsız şekilde alabilmesi algısının yeterli seviyede oluşmamasının, kültürel ve toplumsal bağlamda önemli oranda yanlış eğitimden kaynaklandığı kanısına varılmıştır.

The course books of Social Studies Instruction Program were examined and it was determined that whether the images, subjects and acquisitions in those books have any relation with gender mainstreaming training and perception; their positive and negative aspects were determined; time to time criticized and then it was tried to provide contribution to amend wrong information on negative and wrong data on social gender. The research was limited with course books instructed in 2018-2019 education year. Document analyzing method among Qualitative Research Methods was used and Course books of grade 4-5-6 and 7 were used as resource and material at the research. Content Analysis Method was used to collect data. Gender Mainstreaming Conception was examined at the analyzed course books in the frame of unites and based to images in those books. At the end of researches, it has been concluded that the course books didn't have great mistakes and missing points in the frame of social gender perception; the perception on everybody's decision as male and woman can be taken individually didn't occurred in sufficient level and this case arisen from considerably wrong education regarding to cultural and social aspects.
