Yûsuf Sûresi Bağlamında Stratejik Planlar

Bu tezde Kur’ân temelinde bir stratejinin imkânı aranmıştır. Çalışma, kıssalar temelinde Yûsuf sûresi özelinde ele alınmıştır. Çalışma iki bölümden meydana gelmektedir. İlk bölümde çalışmanın kaynağı olarak ele alınan kıssaların gerçekliği, sağlam bir zeminde olduğu ifade edilmiş ve kıssalara mitoloji diyebilmenin imkânının olmadığı ortaya konulmuştur. Bu bölümde ayrıca kıssaların bir gayesinin de kavramlar ve genel geçer kaidelerin oluşmasına katkı sağladığı ifade edilmiştir. Tezin ikinci bölümününde, Yûsuf sûresi kapsamında meydana gelen olayların sınırları tespit edilmiştir. Olayların sınırları belirlenirken bazı noktalarda israiliyât nakiller İslam kaynakları üzerinden yapılmıştır. Şayet olay örgüsünde önemli bir yere sahip israiliyât türü bir nakil, kaynak gösterilmesi gerekmişse bu kaynak farklı açılardan analiz çalışması yapılarak desteklenmiştir. Böylece sıhhati, kaynak olabilecek bir güvenilirliğe çıkarılmıştır. Daha sonra da sınırları belirlenen olayların odak noktası tespit edilmiş, genel geçer stratejiler ortaya konulmuştur. Netice olarak tezde Kur’ân temelinde bir stratejinin imkânı delillerle ortaya konulmuştur. Böylece yeni ilmî bir disiplinin kapısı aralanmıştır. Bu ilmin kendine özgü kaynağı, konusu, metodu olduğu ifade edilerek bu ilme, “İlm-i Tedbir” denilmesi önerilmiştir. Bu ilmin tanımı da “Kur’ân kıssalarından elde edilen, hayata yön verecek, genel geçer stratejileri bilmektir.” şeklinde yapılmıştır.

In this thesis, the possibility of a strategy based on the Qur'an has been sought. The study has been dealt with on the basis of stories in the Surah Yusuf. The work consists of two parts. In the first chapter, it was stated that the reality of the tales, which were considered as the source of the study, was on a solid ground and it was revealed that it was not possible to call the tales mythology. In this section, it has also been stated that one of the aims of the tales contributes to the formation of concepts and general rules. In the second part of the thesis, the boundaries of the events that took place within the scope of the chapter of Yusuf were determined. While determining the boundaries of the events, at some points israeliyât transmissions were made through Islamic sources. If an israeliyât type transfer, which has an important place in the plot, has to be cited, this source has been supported by analyzing from different perspectives. Thus, its health has been increased to a reliability that can be a source. Then, the focal point of the events, the boundaries of which were determined, were determined and general strategies were put forward. As a result, in the thesis, the possibility of a strategy based on the Qur'an has been demonstrated with evidence. Thus, the door of a new scientific discipline was opened. Expressing that this science has its own unique source, subject and method, it has been suggested to call this science "Ilm-i Tedbir". The definition of this science is “to know the generally accepted strategies that will guide life, obtained from the stories of the Qur'an.” made in the form.
