Şihâbüddîn Sühreverdî'nin âhiret anlayışı

"Şihâbüddin Sühreverdî'nin Âhiret Anlayışı" isimli bu çalışma, felsefe ve din açısından hayli önem arz eden meselelerden biri olan ve çeşitli tartışmalara sebebiyet veren âhiret hayatının mahiyeti meselesini Sühreverdî felsefesi açısından irdelemeyi hedeflemektedir. Âhiret hayatının mahiyeti meselesi ve bu meseleyle ilgili tartışmalar denince ilk akla gelen isimler İbn Sînâ ve Gazzâlî'dir. İbn Sînâ'nın ölüm sonrası hayatın ruhaniliğine dair görüşleri Gazzâlî tarafından eleştirilmesine ve hatta tekfir edilmesine sebep olmuştur. Bu sebeple İslam düşüncesi çerçevesinde meydana gelen tartışmalar, Sühreverdî felsefesi sayesinde çözüme ulaşacaktır. Tezin giriş kısmında Sühreverdî'nin âhiret anlayışının zemini olarak İbn Sînâ'nın nefs ve âhiret anlayışı ile Gazzâlî'nin bu konuda ona yönelttiği eleştirileri, birinci bölümde ise bu eleştirilere çözüm niteliği taşıyan Sühreverdî'nin ölüm sonrası hayatla ilgili görüşleri incelenerek meseleye açıklık getirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

This study which named "Shahab al-Din Suhrawardi's Understanding of the Hereafter" aims to examine, in Suhrawardi's philosophical perspectives, the issue of the nature of the life after death which is one of the important topics in terms of religion and philosophy, and has caused to different discussion. When the issue of nature of the hereafter is mentioned some names are remembered, these are Ibn Sina (Avicenna) and Ghazali. Ibn Sina's opinions about sprituality of the life after death were criticized and he was called infidel (kafir) for that by Ghazali. Therefore, discussions which are occuring within the framework of Islamic thought, will be solved through Suhrawardi's philosophy. In the introduction of the thesis, as background of Suhrawardi's understanding of the hereafter, Ibn Sina's percipience of nafs (self) and afterlife and Ghazali's criticism about that, were presented. In the first section, Suhrawardi's thought about the life after death which is solution to these criticisms, has been tried to explain.
