Sınıf öğretmenlerinin ilkokul 3. sınıf fen bilimleri ders kitabına ilişkin görüşlerinin belirlenmesi

Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilkokul 3. sınıf fen bilimleri ders kitabının öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu ilkokul 3. sınıfları okutan 11 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubunu oluşturan öğretmenler maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Sosyo ekonomisi düşük, orta, yüksek düzeyde olan okullarda çalışan ve araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılmak isteyen 11 öğretmen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Bu okullarda görev yapan ilkokul 3. sınıf öğretmenlerinin fen bilimleri ders kitabının içerik, dil anlatım ve üslup, öğrenme öğretme, teknik tasarım ve düzenleme, ölçme ve değerlendirme özelliklerine ilişkin görüşleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Öğretmenlere uygulanmak üzere araştırmacı tarafından Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, Talim Terbiye Kurulu Başkanlığı tarafından 12.01.2016 tarihli yönetmelikte belirlenen Ders Kitapları ile Eğitim Araçlarının İncelenmesi ve Değerlendirilmesine ilişkin ölçütler esas alınarak yazılı görüş alma formu oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmada toplanan verilerin analizi için Nvivo 11 programı kullanılmıştır. Verilen cevaplara göre betimsel analiz ile veriler çözümlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre ; ilkokul 3. sınıf fen bilimleri ders kitabının içerik özelliklerini düşük ve yüksek sosyo ekonomik düzeydeki okulda görev yapan öğretmenlerden bazıları yeterli bulurken , sosyo ekonomik olarak orta düzeydeki okulda görev yapan öğretmenler içerik özelliklerini yetersiz bulmuşlardır . Kitabın dil , anlatım ve üslup özelliklerini düşük , orta ve yüksek sosyo ekonomik düzeydeki okulda görev yapan öğretmenler yeterli bulmuşlardır . Kitabın teknik , tasarım ve düzenleme özelliklerini düşük ve yüksek sosyo ekonomik düzeydeki okulda görev yapan öğretmenler yeterli bulurken , orta sosyo ekonomik düzeydeki okulda görev yapan öğretmenler yetersiz bulmuşlardır. Kitabın öğrenme ve öğretme özelliklerini düşük ve yüksek sosyo ekonomik düzeydeki okulda görev yapan öğretmenlerden bazıları yeterli bulurken , orta sosyo ekonomik düzeydeki okulda görev yapan öğretmenler yetersiz bulmuşlardır. Kitabın ölçme ve değerlendirme özelliklerini düşük , orta ve yüksek sosyo ekonomik düzeydeki okulda görev yapan öğretmenler yetersiz bulmuşlardır.

The aim of this study is evaluating primary school 3rd grade science lesson book in accordance with teachers' opinions . The working group of the study is consisted of 11 class teachers who teachers primary school 3 rd grades . The teachers who are consisted of working group have been decided by using maximum variety modelling .The study group is consisted of 11 teachers who are volunteer and working in the schools that have law,medium, high levels of social economic. It has been tried to define these 3 rd grade teachers' opinions about content language and expression genre learning –teaching technical designing and regulation , assessment and evaluation of science lesson book . Ministry of national education creates a written opinion document about text books which are determined by Board of Education and Discipline on 12 January 2016 and teacher opinions are indicated. From the point of reliability of the research these views are recorded with tape recorder. To analyse these data's which is collected in research Nvivo11 Program is used. With this program, the theme of the data's is designated and categories are created about these themes. In accordance with answers which is given, frequency analysis and data's are tried to resolve. According to the findings of the study; While some of the teachers who work in the lower and higher socio-economic level of the elementary school textbook of elementary school science textbooks find themselves sufficient, the teachers who work at the middle school in socio-economic level have found the content characteristics inadequate. Teachers who work in the lower, middle and high socio-economic level have found the language, expression and style characteristics of the book sufficient. Teachers working at the school with low socio-economic level and low school teachers found the technical, design and editing features of the book satisfactory, while teachers working in the middle socio-economic school were found inadequate. Some of the teachers working at the low and high socio-economic level in the school have found the learning and teaching features of the book to be sufficient, while the teachers working at the middle socio-economic school have found it inadequate. Teachers who work at low, medium and high socio-economic level in the book have found the assessment of the book to be inadequate.
