İlaç dağıtımında e-lojistik uygulamaları: Karaman'da bulunan eczaneler üzerine bir araştırma

Küreselleşmenin etkisiyle günümüz işletmeleri birbirleriyle rekabet halinde bulunmaktadırlar. Bu rekabette var olabilmek için hız, maliyet ve kalite gibi unsurların bir arada tutulması gerekmektedir. Tedarik zinciri yönetiminde kullanılan teknolojileri takip etmek bu anlamda büyük önem taşımaktadır. Yakın zamanda tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alan Koronavirüs salgını süresinde bu kriterlerin önemi daha da net anlaşılmıştır. Marketlerde raflar boş kalmış, maske ve ilaç temininde büyük sıkıntılar yaşanmıştır. Aşıların tüm illere etkili bir şekilde dağılması için ise etkili dağıtım, taşıma ve organizasyon sistemlerine ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Karaman ili merkezinde ilaç tedarik zincirinde yer alan eczanelerin tedarik ve dağıtım sistemlerindeki e-lojistik uygulamalarını araştırmaktır. Karaman ili merkezinde bulunan eczanelerin lojistik uygulamalarını ölçmek için anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılarak eczanelerden veriler toplanmıştır. SPSS aracılığıyla yapılan analizde elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilerek öneriler sunulmuştur.

With the effect of globalization, today's businesses are in competition with each other. In order to exist in this competition, elements such as speed, cost and quality must be kept together. In this sense, it is of great importance to follow the technologies used in supply chain management. During the coronavirus epidemic that has recently affected the whole world, the importance of these criteria has been understood even more clearly. The shelves in the markets remained empty, and there were great difficulties in the supply of masks and medicines. In order to effectively distribute vaccines to all provinces, effective distribution, transportation and organization systems were needed. The aim of this study; The aim of this study is to investigate the e-logistics applications in the supply and distribution systems of pharmacies in the pharmaceutical supply chain in the center of Karaman. A questionnaire was conducted to measure the logistics practices of pharmacies in the center of Karaman. Face-to-face interviews were conducted and data were collected from pharmacies. The findings obtained in the analysis made through SPSS were evaluated and suggestions were presented.
