Endüstriyel üretim işletmelerinde sert plastik ambalaj tedariği, maliyet ve fiyat belirlemesi

Bu tezde, üretim tekniği olarak bir kalıptan yararlanılarak üretilmesi zorunlu olan sert plastik ambalajların satın alınmasında yaşanabilecek sorunlara dikkat çekilmesi ve çözüm önerisi sunulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde maliyet ve ambalajla ilgili temel kavramlar açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde tedarik zinciri ve satın alma süreçleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümün amacı endüstriyel işletmelerin önemli fonksiyonlarından olan tedarik zinciri yönetiminin satın alma işlevi içinde, ambalaj satın almanın karar ve yürütme süreçlerine katkı sağlamaktır. Son bölümde ise maliyet tahminlemenin dayandığı mantık ve tahmin yöntemleri açıklanmış, ambalaj satın alma için belirli bir dönemde fiyatın olması gereken seviyesinin belirlenmesine yönelik bir strateji önerilmiş ve örnek uygulamalar sunulmuştur.

In this thesis, it is aimed to draw attention to the problems that can be experienced in the purchase of rigid plastic packaging which must be produced by using a mold as a production technique and to present a solution proposal. In the first part of this study, basic concepts about cost and packaging are explained. In the second part of the thesis, information about supply chain and purchasing processes is given. The purpose of the second part is to contribute to the decision and execution processes of packaging purchasing within the purchasing function of supply chain management, which is one of the important functions of industrial enterprises. In the last part, the logic and estimation methods on which cost estimation is based are explained, a strategy for determining the required level of price in a given period for packaging purchase is proposed and sample applications are presented.
