Rene Magritte Eserlerinde Paradoksal Anlamda İmge ve İmge İletişimi

Paradoks; matematik, fizik, mantık gibi bilim dallarının yanında resim sanatına da etkisi olmuş felsefi bir kavramdır. Artist Rene Magritte is among the artists who used the popular subconscious psychology of his time and the concept of paradox together. He benefited from both logical and visual paradox by creating a change in the structure of known objects and words in his art. This paradoxical situation took his art to a different point and inspired many artists after him. In the research, the relations between image and object and the concept of paradox that interrupt these relations were examined and tried to be explained by relating them to the works of the artist. While creating the study, the literature sources related to the subject were examined and the syntheses that emerged as a result of the analysis formed the source and knowledge of the research.
