Ömer Nasuhi Bilmen'in Büyük İslam İlmihalindeki hükümlerin Hanefi tercih usulü açısından değerlendirilmesi (Taharet ve namaz)

Son dönem fakihlerinden Ömer Nasuhi Bilmen'in (v. 1971) Büyük İslam İlmihali'ndeki hükümlerin Hanefi mezhebi tercih usulüne uygunluğunu değerlendirdiğimiz bu çalışmamız giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmuştur. Giriş kısmında araştırmanın önemi ve amacı, kapsamı, kaynakları ve konu ile ilgili yapılmış çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Hanefi mezhebi ve tercih kavramı, mezhep içi tercih ölçütleri ve İlmihal'in değerlendirilmesinde kullanılan tercih ölçütleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde Ömer Nasuhi Bilmen'in hayatı, eserleri ve İlmihali'nde içeriği ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde Taharet ve Namaz kitabındaki hükümler incelenerek elde edilen sonuçla ilgili genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde çalışmamız neticesinde ulaşılan tespitler ortaya konulmuştur.

This study, in which we examined the suitability of the judgments of the late Islamic Canonist Ömer Nasuhi Bilmen (d. 1971) in his book Büyük İslam İlmihali (Great Islamic Catechism) according to the preference methods of Hanafi Law School, consisted introduction, three chapters and conclusion parts. In the introduction, some information is given about the importance and purpose of the research, its scope, resources, and studies on the subject. In the first chapter, the Hanafi Law School and the concept of preference, preference methods and criteria, and how they were used in the evaluation of Catechism are discussed. In the second chapter, the life and works of Ömer Nasuhi Bilmen and his Catechism are studied. In the third chapter, a general evaluation is made about the result obtained by examining the judgments in the section of Taharet (Cleanliness) and Namaz (Prayer) in the book. The conclusions reached as a result of our study in the conclusion section have found out.
