Kur'an'a aykırılık bağlamında hadis eleştirilerinin değerlendirmesi

Hz. Peygamber'in irtihali ile beraber İslam dünyasında hayatı anlamlandırma çabası güden pek çok farklı anlayış ortaya çıkmıştır. Hiç şüphesiz bu anlayışların temelinde Kur'an ve hadis metinlerini anlama gayreti yatılıdır. Nassları anlama çabası kimi zaman yapıcı tenkit kapılarını aralarken; kimi zaman ise yapıcı değil, yıkıcı bir karakter göstermiştir. İslam dünyasında var olagelen anlamlandırma çabası modern zamanlara gelindiğinde hadisler üzerinde daha aktif gösterilmiştir. Nitekim hayatın güncel akışından bihaber hareket eden ve hayatını Hz. Peygamber döneminde olduğu gibi yaşama iddiasında bulunan zümreler de; modernitenin etkisine kapılarak Peygamber döneminden herhangi bir ize ihtiyaç duymayan modern söylemler de hadisi-sünneti hedef tahtasına oturtmuşlardır. Bu çalışmada, gelenekte izleri bulunan; fakat modern zamanda Kur'ancı-Mealci söylemin suistimali ile farklı bir yöne tevcih eden Kur'an'a aykırılık fikri üzerinde durulmuştur. Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümü ile konunun amaç ve kapsamı izah edilmiş, kaynakları ve yöntemi açıklanmıştır. Birinci bölümde Hz. Peygamber’in (s) sünnetinin bağlayıcılığı, ikinci bölümde “Kur’an İslâm’ı” söyleminin tarihsel serüveni, üçüncü bölümde ise Kur’an’a aykırılık gerekçesiyle tenkîd edilen hadislerden örnekler verilmiş, arz neticesinde hadislere sunulan eleştirilerin tutarsızlığına dair bilgi ve deliller ortaya konulmuş ve elde edilen bulgular sonuç bölümünde okuyucuya aktarılmıştır.

Following the death of the Prophet, many different understandings have emerged in the Islamic world to make life meaningful. There is no doubt that understanding of Quran and Hadith texts is the basis of these perceptions. The effort to understand the Nass, sometimes, has opened the doors of constructive criticism; sometimes it has shown a destructive character and not a constructive one. Understanding efforts in Islamic world has been more active on the hadiths in modern times. As a matter of fact, both the groups, moving unaware of the current conditions of life and claiming to live as in the period of the Prophet, and the modern discourses which don’t need any marks from the period of the Prophet by the influence of modernity, turned hadith-tradition into the target. In this study, the idea of contradiction to the Qur'an is emphasized, whose traces goes back to the classical period and which has moved in a different direction with the abuses of the QuranistMealist discourse in modern times. The thesis consists of three parts. In the introduction, the purpose and the scope of the subject are explained, the sources and method are mentioned. The fisrs chapter is about the bindingness of the prophetic tradition and the second chapter is about the historical adventure of the discourse of Quranic Islam. In the third chapter, examples of ahadiths criticized on the grounds of contradiction to the Qur'an are given as well as information and proofs about the inconsistency of the criticisms directed to the hadiths as a result of submitting Sunnah to the Qur’an are put forward. The results obtained are presented to the reader in the conclusion part.
