Horasan Şâfiîliği ve Râfiî

Horasan Şâfiîliğini ve bu ekolün bir takipçisi olan Râfiî (ö. 623/1226) ve fıkhî faaliyetini incelediğimiz bu çalışmamız giriş, üç bölüm, sonuç ve eklerden oluşmuştur. Giriş kısmında araştırmanın önemi ve kapsamı, başlıca kaynakları ve konu ile ilgili yapılmış çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Şâfiî mezhebinin yayılma sürecinde öne çıkan merkezler, mezhebe dair bazı bilgiler ve mezhep içi alt ekolleşmeye yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Horasan'ın coğrafi ve siyasi yapısı, Şâfiî mezhebinin Horasan'a girişi, Horasan Şâfiîliğinin önde gelen isimleri, literatür ve Horasan ekolü ile Irak ekolünün birleştirilme faaliyeti ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde Râfiî'nin hayatı, eserleri ve ilmî kişiliği ile birlikte hem Horasan Şâfiîliği hem de mezhebin geneli açısından fıkhî faaliyeti üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonuç kısmında çalışmamız neticesinde ulaşılan tespitler ortaya konulmuştur. Ekler kısmında ise harita ve tablolara yer verilmiştir.

This study, in which we analyze the Shāfiī School of Khorasan and one of its followers, Rāfiī (d. 623/1226) and his fiqh activity, consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and appendices. In the introduction part, the importance and scope of the research, the main sources and the studies about the subject have been given. In the first part, the centers that are prominent in the spreading process of the Shāfiī School, some information about the school and the sub-movements within the school have been given. In the second part, the geographical and political structure of Khorasan, the introduction of Shāfiī School to Khorasan, the leading names of Khorasan Shāfiī School, its literature and the attempt at the combination of Khorasan and Iraq schools have been discussed. In the third chapter, the life of Rāfiī, his works and his scholarly personality, as well as his fiqh activity in Khorasan School and the Shāfiī School in general have been emphasized. In the conclusion part, the findings and result of our study have been presented. In the annexes, maps and tables are given.
